Orders

Since all of our products are made-to-order, it takes about 2-7 business days to print apparel (t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.) and about 2-5 business days for non-apparel (mugs, phone cases, etc.). This does not include shipping times, which will vary depending on the destination.

After an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes unless one of the following applies:

(1) You entered the wrong shipping address.

(2) We are unable to process your payment.

(3) You were charged the incorrect price for item(s) in your order.

Of course! We ship to all countries (Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Macedonia, Kosovo, Slovenia, etc.) in the Balkans.

Yes. Email us a few photos of the damaged item(s) as well as your order # to hello@balkanbred.com within 14 days of the delivery date. We are unable to send new items if the 14 days have already passed.

Don’t worry, we’ve got you! Email us a few photos of the item(s) you received as well as your order # to hello@balkanbred.com. Once we have verified that you received the incorrect item(s), we will send over the correct ones as well as tracking information to the email address attached to the original order.

Don’t sweat it. None of the prices will be shown in the packing slip that comes with each order. The only place the prices will appear is on the order and shipping confirmation emails that are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Send an email over to hello@balkanbred.com with your order number (which can be found in the confirmation email you received when your order was placed) in the subject line and please note your reason for returning the item(s).

We will send over a return shipping address as well as instructions for returning your item(s). We will reimburse you for shipping costs.

Item(s) can only be returned within 14 days of the delivery date posted on the tracking details. At this time, we only accept returns within the United States. We do not accept international returns.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard (3-5 business days after fulfillment)
  • Express (1-3 business days after fulfillment)
  • Overnight (1 business day after fulfillment)
  • Flat Rate (shipping speed depends on the carrier that’s selected)

International Shipping

  • No Rush (10-20 business days after fulfillment) without tracking
  • Economy (5-10 business days after fulfillment)
  • Standard (3-5 business days after fulfillment)
  • Standard DDP (3-5 business days after fulfillment) Canada only
  • Express (1-3 business days after fulfillment)
  • Flat Rate (shipping speed depends on the carrier that’s selected)

Note: Not all countries may have the same shipping options available. For example, the majority of orders being shipped to Bosnia and Herzegovina will only have No Rush, Flat Rate and Express options available. 

We ship worldwide to most countries in North America (US & Canada), Europe, Australia & New Zealand, South America, etc. The only countries we currently do not ship to are Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.

Domestic orders with standard shipping to a US address generally take anywhere between 6-10 days to arrive. International orders typically take anywhere between 10 – 20 days to arrive, this will vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is shipped. For domestic US & Canada orders, this is usually 5-10 days after the order is placed. For international orders to Europe, Australia, etc., this is usually 10-20 days after the order is placed. In the case that you do not receive tracking info, please contact our support team here.

As soon as one item in an order is sent out, it typically takes 2-4 days for the remaining items to ship.

If you’ve ordered a mix of apparel and accessory (mugs, hats, etc.) items, they will most likely be shipped separately. This is because accessory items have shorter fulfillment times and require special packaging to prevent damage in transit. Apparel items will usually be shipped together in one package.

You will receive an email with tracking information each time a new package that contains items from your order is sent out.

We recommend double-checking that the shipping address on your order confirmation email is correct before reaching out to us. In addition, please check with your neighbors to see if they received the package by mistake. We can file a claim with the shipping carrier for missing packages, but we also advise calling your local post office to see if the package was held up or transferred to a different facility. If they are unable to locate your package, we can either send you a new shipment with the items OR we can refund you the amount for the missing item(s) and shipping costs in your order.

Payments

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Yes, all orders purchased with a debit or credit card are processed through our native payment processor, Stripe, which supports processing payments in 135+ currencies. If you have trouble placing an order, we strongly encourage a different payment method such as PayPal.

You will be charged in your country’s currency.

Promotions & Discounts

Unless stated otherwise in the discount details, most coupons may be used on top of sale prices. In the case that a coupon cannot be applied to your purchase, you will receive a notification at checkout.

No. Only one coupon may be applied per purchase at checkout. You may place two separate orders and apply one code to each order.

We do not accept expired coupon codes. We often send out discounts via email, make sure you’re on our list by clicking here.
